Origin: Colombia

Electric Sheep is grown by various smallholders in the Valle Del Cauca region in Colombia at an altitude of 1750 MASL.

 

Roast: Medium

A medium roast gives this coffee a robust flavor, highlighting a pleasant, developed sweetness. Think caramel, fresh bread, and brown sugar.

 

Processing: Sugarcane Decaf

The Sugarcane process that extracts caffeine from Electric Sheep leaves a delicious coffee that tastes like… coffee!
